State Farm® Insurance Agent Greg Reddell

"I have been with the agency since before 2016. Dealing with insurance can be stressful but most of the representatives had been kind. There was a miscommunication and the agency dropped the ball. After asking to drop a policy, I was informed that "insurance cannot legally cancel a policy without the tags being returned". I was also going to drop another policy and was told "legally if there are tags there needs to be insurance" which confused me because I had not heard of that.. I said I would keep it until the new truck came. I received a text on April 22 regarding the policy price decreasing. I responded saying that was great but I am going to cancel the policy. I never received a response.
Then, a month later, I received a letter from the MVA that my insurance lapsed. I called Greg Reddell's office and turns out the policy was canceled when that text exchange took place, unbeknownst to me.. They cancelled the policy on the 22nd and the new truck had not even arrived till the 24th.. They insist it was a policy transfer and not a cancelation but that does not make sense because the policy was canceled BEFORE we even received the new truck. ALSO the NEW policy was created on April 13.. They are simply lying to cover themselves, I understand.. This agency was once knowledgeable but today they were rude, argumentative, and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. They also felt the need to pass the phone along for someone else to deal with the situation they caused. Thank you Leah for being extremely rude and unprofessional! You're truly are a gem with customer service.

Greg should train his representatives a little more promptly before there's a more costly error. I will pay the fine but I will no longer have Greg Reddell and his team look after my multiple policies.."
